Ingredients

2 slices of sourdough bread or any bread of your choice

1 tbsp butter

5 slices of Jarlsberg®

4 slices of bacon

Maple syrup, according to taste

*Serving size calculator is approximate, feel free to adjust by adding a pinch here and there as needed

Method

Fry the bacon until slightly crisp and coloured.
Spread butter on the two slices of bread. Add the Jarlsberg® cheese and bacon and put the two halves together.
Fry the sandwich in butter until the cheese has melted and the sandwich is golden. Top with maple syrup.
